Shipping Policy of the Jenni Elle Shop

The Jenni Elle Shop offers shipping to almost every country in the world (scroll down to find a detailed list)

Our shipping is 100% free to every country we ship to.

We also offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, so you don't have to pay the shipment back to our storage space. (Click here for my refund policy)

How returns work:

In Germany

When you are from Germany and you want to give back one or several of the products you ordered in the Jenni Elle Shop, you can just contact us at customercare@jennile-elle.com and we'll send you a shipping label to place on your package.

Outside of Germany

If you ordered from abroad, you can choose the shipping service provider of your choice to send back the items you wish to return. After that you can send us a copy of the shipping receipt and we will cover your shipping cost up to 40€ / $48.

Important: Please make sure that your shipping is insured and tracked!

Example:

You ordered a watch roll priced at $403 from the United States of America and want to send it back for a full refund. You send the package back via UPS and get the receipt of $28.

You send the receipt to customercare@jenni-elle.com and as soon as the package arrives in our storage space you get a full refund of $403 plus the $28 shipping cost (= total $431) .
